Campaign Creation/Execution

After a negative experience with its former healthcare system, I helped a struggling clinic secure 24% Return on Investment (ROI) in orthopedic surgeries through digital marketing and print tactics, while garnering the trust of clinic providers, stakeholders, and patients.

Utilizing PR platforms like Meltwater, I have built continued relationships with the media in every new market. Below, I crafted and pitched a press release to local Tampa Bay media to help ensure coverage for HGTV star, Tobin Green's progressive home construction in the Tampa Bay area.



Storytelling is my favorite way of connecting with potential consumers. I have produced videos and patient testimonials that tell heartfelt stories so consumers can better connect with their favorite brands through education and empathy.

As the brand manager for IL Ritorno, I helped create social media content to help generate buzz for the modern Italian restaurant in downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Between delicious colorful dishes, beautiful photography, and consistent engagement with followers, we managed to create a well-known brand within the community.

Among 25+ annual events, I helped plan and execute a community event that had been "abandoned" by the previous marketing administration at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital (formerly North Florida Regional Medical Center). During the years we executed (2016-2018), attendance grew from ~5,000 to ~10,000.

Steward Health Care's Sebastian River Medical Center received a letter "A" grade from The Leapfrog Group after several years of falling behind. I created an all-encompassing media buy campaign to advertise the achievement around the community.

In efforts to help boost reputation and increase patient trust, I have helped clinics create and maintain a positive online presence. This includes anything from creating profiles across multiple platforms (Google, Healthgrades, among others), garnering reviews from the

public, to responding to reviews and doing remediation

follow-ups when negative sentiments arise.
